The talented team at SORTEDfood show us how to make a French-style chicken liver pâté (or 'parfait') with a red wine jelly topping. The herby pâté contains a triple dose of booze thanks to healthy splashes of port, red wine and brandy. It's cooked in a bain marie and served with homemade melba toasts.
