  • 80g 80 dried tomato
  • 150ml 150 water
    hot
  • 3 tbsp 3 natural cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp 2 sour cream
  • 1 pinch 1 salt
  • 2 pinch 2 peppers
  • 1 teaspoon 1 dried basil

Method

  • step 1

    Put the sun-dried tomatoes in a glass and pour over the water until they are covered. Leave for 30 minutes until the tomatoes are soft. Remove the tomatoes from the water and place in a measuring cup.

  • step 2

    Add all other ingredients to the tomatoes and mix finely with a hand blender until a creamy spread has formed. Pour the spread into a small bowl and serve with fresh vegetables or spread on bread.
