- 200g plain flour
- 200g brown sugar
- 150g butter
- 150g milk chocolate chips
Method
step 1
Mix flour and butter to make a crumb like textured mix
step 2
Add sugar and chocolate chips and mix lightly
step 3
Add eggs and bring the mixture together in to stiff dough. wrap in cling film and refrigerate it for an hour
step 4
divide the dough into same size balls and flatten them slightly. bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 15-20 mins until the cookies speread and acquire a golden brown colour.

Allow to cool once out of the oven. Enjoy warm or cold !
