- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 fat red chillideseeded, then finely chopped
- 2 rolls, split (we used ciabatta) or 4 thick slices of bread
- 70g pack of sliced chorizoor other spicy cured sausage
- 50g bag of rocket
- 100g goat's cheesecrumbled

Method
step 1
First mix the olive oil and chilli in a bowl. While the flavours mingle, toast the split rolls or bread. Top with the sausage, rocket and goat’s cheese, then drizzle over the chilli oil.
