  • 1 Onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 250 g savoy
  • 4 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 400 g mixed ground beef
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 100ml vegetable broth
  • 2 branch Parsely
  • 150g cream

Method

  • step 1

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Halve and quarter the cabbage and remove the stalk. Cut the cabbage into strips.

  • step 2

    Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and sear the ground beef over high heat, stirring constantly, until fried until crumbly. Meanwhile, season the meat with salt and pepper.

  • step 3

    Add the paprika powder and sauté. Pour the vegetable broth over the minced meat, add the savoy cabbage and simmer for about 5 minutes until the savoy cabbage is cooked.

  • step 4

    Meanwhile, pluck the parsley from the stalk and roughly chop the leaves. Pour in the cream and simmer to a creamy consistency. Season again with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Bon appetit!
