The special thing about our recipe for fruit skewers: The colorful mix of blueberries and strawberries, grapes, watermelon, kiwi, mango and bananas corresponds to one of five servings of fruit and vegetables a day - and the skewers are also beautiful and delicious!
Nutrition: per serving
Rinse blueberries and green grapes together in a colander and drain. Peel the kiwi, halve lengthwise and cut into 8 thick slices.
Dice the mango flesh into at least 8 pieces. Peel the banana and cut into 8 slices of equal thickness. Mix the mango cubes and banana pieces together with the lemon juice in a bowl and set aside.
Clean the strawberries, remove the green stalks and, depending on the size of the fruit, cut them in half lengthways. Cut the watermelon into at least 8 pieces of the same size as the rest of the fruit.
Put the prepared fruit on the skewers one after the other - as a colorful mix or always in the same order and sorted by color, depending on your preference. Arrange the fruit skewers on a plate and keep in the fridge until ready to eat.
