This week we’re serving up a range of easy dinners that the whole family will love. Meat and fish are excellent sources of protein being what we call ‘complete’ protein, this means they provide all nine of the essential amino acids we need to stay physically fit and healthy.

Protein is one of the three macronutrients we need in our diets but it’s not just meat and fish that are good sources. Increasing variety in your diet is key to achieving a healthy, balanced diet – so as well as meat, fish and dairy look to include beans, pulses, nuts, seeds, fruit, vegetables and wholegrains.
