Heat the oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 5. Butter and line a rectangular 20cm x 30cm brownie tin with baking paper.
In a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of barely simmering water, gently melt the butter and both sugars in a pan over a low heat until the sugar has melted, then remove from the heat and leave to cool to room temperature.
Gradually add the eggs to the sugar and butter, beating until well combined, followed by the vanilla extract, baking powder and sifted flour. Stir in most the M&M'S® Choco Eggs & M&M'S® Minis, then spoon the mixture into the prepared tin and spread until even, then top with the remaining M&M'S®. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until risen and golden. Cool in the tin, the cut into 20 squares.
